Q: What are the guidelines for painting the exterior of my home?

A: CHOOSING EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS

Conway Isles exterior paint color schemes can now be seen at www.sherwin-williams.com/hoa

Homeowners must choose from the community colors unless repainting existing colors provided the existing colors have not been discontinued.  If picking from the community colors, an application will need to be submitted noting the corresponding “name” and “number” from Sherwin Williams website for approval.  If repainting existing colors, paint chips will need to be submitted with application for approval.  Homeowners can choose whichever brand of paint they would like but must match the community colors.  If matching, please also include paint chips with your application.

If you do not have on-line access please contact a member of the ARC to view the paint book.
